hurried ¡to ¡meet ¡the ¡deadline ¡before ¡the ¡Paris ¡COP21 ¡in ¡2015. ¡ ¡

• ­‑ NDCs ¡do ¡not ¡include ¡significant ¡sources ¡of ¡emissions ¡or ¡emission ¡reduc;on ¡
• pportuni;es, ¡such ¡as ¡transport, ¡forestry, ¡waste ¡and ¡agriculture ¡or ¡oceans ¡
• ­‑ ¡For ¡PICs, ¡their ¡priority ¡remains ¡adapta;on ¡and ¡resilience. ¡There ¡is ¡a ¡need ¡to ¡
