WELLNE NESS S SUPPORTS • Mental Health Counseling • Dental screening, sealants & referrals Access to Medical Services such as Primary Care, referrals to specialists, prescription/medicanication management, etc. • • Soon SWES CPS will be adding Telehealth supports for students & families to access primary healthcare services. 4

O?  Chris Stone the CPS Director with Children’s Home Society, who comes to the position with experience in social services and education. Mr. Stone is responsible for all programing that takes place on campus through the CPS and maintains core and community partnerships with the school.  Jennifer Wills is our Community Health Associate for the BRAVE ( Being Resilient and Voicing Emotions) program with Flagler Health Plus Care Connect. She will be assisting our South Woods Eagle families with referrals to Community resources. Jennifer brings over 11 years’ experience working with families and the community with her and she is very excited to be able to help!  Anna Yarbrough is our new Clinical Counselor for the Community Partnership with Children’s Home Society. She recently graduated from Valdosta State University in Georgia. She has experience previously as a Teaching Assistant for the Center for Gifted Studies at VSU and a background in Environmental Education. We are excited to have her as part of the team and look forward to the difference she will make for our students.  Shantrelle Dewitt is our new Parent & Community Outreach Coordinator who will be involved in all programing that takes place on campus like wellness services, expanded learning, student/parent resources and more! Ms. Dewitt is from the Hastings community and we are happy to have her assisting our students and families. 6
