Medical Release and Near Miss Forms

Treatment depends on severity! (Anaphylactic?)

For mild to moderate reactions, treatment involves removing the stinger, washing the area with soap and water, and applying cold compresses or

  • ice. Creams to the affected

area can help reduce

  • discomfort. Severe reactions

may need epinephrine, for example with an Epi-Pen.

Coaches MUST carry with you in red folder to every practice and game! Player can NOT play without a Medical Release! Highlight any player with medical concerns. Ask yourself, what if??????
