Further integration with GB Snowsport /HNs pathway. Committees & Region – Align with SSE vision and mission Deliver 2019 surplus of £5-10K Greater awareness of Snowsport England in the wider Snowsport Industry Build understanding of 2021 funding from Sport England and start to put in place any preparation required

Attended all board meetings, plus a number of board conference calls
Attended the two days of UK Snowsports Coaching conference Visiting variety of seminars, both on and off slope. Discussing sessions with members. Gaining feedback and views regarding the sessions, weekend as a whole and any other SSE matters.
Last year, attended Gloucester and North Staffs meetings. This year, hoping to visit Stoke, Gloucester and Rossendale

Finance Director report To receive the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 ➢ Full Financial Statements are posted on the Snowsport England website ➢ Abbreviated Financial Statements to be filed with Companies House ➢ No issues raised on Audit. Will be tendering for new auditors this year per policy ➢ Met objective to returning a small surplus for year, exceeding budget ➢ Sponsorship income has not met expectations; change of approach to gain a portfolio of mid size sponsors ➢ Narrative on results provided in Annual Review, any questions please email
