At LK2, we are unique. We blend together traditional architecture with com-

mercial expertise to deliver a holistic service, with a strong background in commer- cial, retail, education and leisure. We have come to realise that sport and leisure taps into every level and sector of our life. We have become adept at finding and
  • ptimising the design and business planning opportunities to help clients realise de-
velopment or solutions that would not be immediately apparent. For example, grant funding, sport land release, asset transfer and S106 alignment. Through our collaborative approach, we are the only architects in the UK to have secured the FA/Football Foundation/Sport England Framework as well as the Sport England Technical and Design Frameworks. Not to mention we are also one of five architects in the UK on the prestigious Marks and Spencer Framework.
