COMPANY HISTORY/ PROFILE • Historical Pro fi le: ADM Exhibits & Displays, Inc., a full service exhibit design and fabrication company, was established in 1983 to serve all the North American exhibit markets. Over the last 30 years it has thrived in both the museum fabrication and trade show industries. In 2003, we expanded our operations and became ADM Two Exhibits & Displays, Inc. Our prime headquarters are located in Tampa, Florida in a 30,000 sq.ft. facility. We maintain secondary property management af fi liations in Las Vegas and Orlando, primarily to assist in maintaining our trade show clients. • Locations: We are able to provide personal representation in each venue to ensure that our clients’ needs and expectations are not only met, but also exceeded. COMPANY QUALIFICATIONS ADM Two is a full service exhibit house, which specializes in the design and construction of museum exhibitions, trade show exhibits, showroom/store interiors, interactive product kiosks and specialty projects. We pride ourselves on being able to focus and recognize the speci fi c requirements of each individual project. We have an expansive range of clients throughout the museum, tradeshow and retail industries. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet the needs of our clients in their speci fi c mediums. This versatility gives us an exciting and interesting client base while allowing us to apply our extensive knowledge and experience to deliver to a diversity of exhibition needs. We are proud of our prestigious account base consisting of clients in industries ranging from museums and science centers, medical to housewares, sporting goods to fi nancials. Many of our clients are familiar local and national organizations, names such as Odyssey Marine Explorations, St. Pete Museum of History, Museum of Science & Industry, Great Explorations, The Tampa Museum of Art and The Florida Aquarium . Other clients of ours are known in more speci fi c circles; such clients include Dish Network (media) RCI( resort), The Sembler Company (development), Tampa Bay & Company (associations), and St. Pete Times Forum (sports facility), and MedAire (medical).

  7. ADM TWO TEAM QUALIFICATIONS Susan Canonico, CEO/General Manager, consults with you to understand the project as a whole. Her customer-oriented management style places high priority on client satisfaction and takes an active interest in the management and pre-planning of each project. From managing special events to participating in custom exhibit design, Susan has been active in exhibit/display sales and marketing for 20 years. Her strengths include extensive experience in the development and installation of museums as well as her ability to recognize each client’s unique requirements. Some the museum projects she has worked on include MOSI, Odyssey Marine, Seminole County Museum of History, Tampa Museum of Art, Six Mile Cypress Preserve and the St. Petersburg Museum of History. Jim Kuni, VP of Operations, has close to 30 years of experience in the trade show and labor industry. � He has been on both the labor and on-site show sides of the trade show industry. Jim has been responsible for new business sales, setting and devising strategic goals, coordinating design and presentations, show service coordination, as well as the management of sales personnel and facility operations for companies such as: � Exhibitgroup/Giltspur and Derse Exhibits. Chris Vela, Lead Designer, joined ADM Two in 2008 to assist us in expanding our in house design services. He currently works on multiple design projects including those for museum, trade show, retail/corporate environments and specialty applications. He has a degree in architecture and architectural design from the Savannah College of Art & Design. His genuine creativity coupled with his knowledge in space planning and fabrication methods allow us to provide our clients with exceptional exhibits from concept to completion. Michael Handley, Exhibits Production Manager, has over 20 years in the exhibit and museum industry. He joined the ADM Two team in 2008 as a valuable resource with an expansive knowledge in exhibit fabrication and maintenance. He has an extensive knowledge of electronics and component engineering. His attention to detail and thorough understanding of the production process allows ADM to maintain the highest standards in exhibit and museum production.

  8. ADM TWO TEAM QUALIFICATIONS Kathleen Bedell , Director of Account Managers, is responsible for coordinating the appropriate resources to expedite your exhibits on time, on budget and on target. She has years of experience in project and account management. Her strengths are a working knowledge of all building trades, methods of construction, shipping, labor, and fi rst hand experience of all aspects related to installation and dismantle. Katie Combs, Special Projects Coordinator, has an Education degree from the University of South Florida. � In her role, she oversees the details of each element to ensure it meets the fundamental objectives throughout the scope of the project. Her talents include writing, concept development, scripting, on camera talent, video and music production. Her diverse insight allows for fl uid communications between multiple resources for ef fi cient management. Pattie Smith, Exhibit Design & Development, has over twenty years experience developing and designing exhibits and related print material for a variety of museums. She has been responsible for all phases of planning including creating and overseeing budgets, developing conceptual plans, forming schematic plans, designing interpretive storylines, editing text into exhibit and media scripts, detailing design elevations and plans for exhibit components, creating and presenting proposal and progress presentations, project management and fi scal oversight. Karen Mathis, Design Development, is an accomplished graphic and media artist that has worked in the fi eld in the Tampa Bay Area for more than 9 years. She has worked with a team of educators and designers to conceptualize and design new exhibit spaces for the Museum of Science & Industry. She has designed many educational interactive computer kiosk exhibits and has overseen the design of others. Adobe Creative Suite 4 pro fi cient, Karen’s vast design expertise includes logo design, websites, brochures, newsletters, business cards, large-format trade show graphics, computer inter-actives and exhibit graphics.
