  • Add 1/4 oz. of vegetable to flat top/cast iron.
  • Place seasoned 100% Pork Belly Burgers™ on oiled flat top/cast iron.
  • Sear for recommended cook tjme or untjl a crust is formed. Flip.
  • Cook untjl internal temperature reaches 155-157 degrees and let rest, temp will rise to 160.
  • Pre-heat grill to 400-450 degrees
