  • 18 Services Deferred (39%)
  • 32 Services received Recommendations (67%)

40 were re-accreditations and 16 were Deferred (40%)

  • A total of 87 Key Actions (across 18 deferred services)
  • A total of 114 Recommendations (across 32 services)
