  4. Senior Contract ● Senior Contracts are due on September 30,2019. Seniors who have not turned in a contract will be placed on the No Go list until their contract is received. ● See Mrs. Fuentes in Student Services if you have any questions. ● Contracts are available in Student Services.

  5. Community Service ● Seniors must complete 40 hours of community service as a graduation requirement. If you are a Senior new to Mesa this year , see your counselor. ● All community service hours must be turned in by Thursday, April 30,2020 . ● Students that do not turn in hours by the due date will be placed on the No Go list. ● Community Service opportunities can be found on the Community Service bulletin board in Student Services and on the Counseling website here: https://www.murrieta.k12.ca.us/Page/12908 ● Community Service forms can be found in Student Services and on Mesa’s website under School Directory/Counseling/Important School Forms .

  6. Discipline ● All discipline must be cleared by April 30, 2020 . ● Discipline includes tardies, Saturday School and unserved detentions. ● See Mrs. Blancato in Student Services to sign up for Saturday School. ● Uncleared discipline places you on the No Go list until cleared. Important notice: Any major discipline from this point forward can result in you forfeiting one or more of your Senior Activities, including walking during graduation.

  7. Memorabilia Diploma Frame- Order Forms are due to bookkeeper by 3/22/20 or pay online

  8. College and Career Banners Celebrate your child’s future plans! Banners will be displayed on campus before graduation and along the fences at the top of the stands during the ceremony. ● Military ● Community College ● Trade School ● 4-year University $20. Please complete the form and pay the bookkeeper starting Monday.

Graduation Start time 6:00pm ★ Graduation Check in time 4:30pm in the small gym ★ What do you wear? ○ Cap (no decorations) & Gown ○ Stole & tassel ○ Pathway Pins - Pride Awards - Cords of Distinction --- Items distributed ONLY by MESA ★ Need of any graduation items - Go to www.jostens.com ★ 5 free tickets per grad + 1 more ticket when you complete FAFSA . Additional tickets on sale ~ Bookkeeper $10/person Limit of 14 purchased tickets per family (children 2 years and younger sitting on lap does not need a ticket) total of 20 tickets.
