  • Installation of a new sewer manhole on the east side of 2nd Avenue between105th and

106th Streets

  • Installation of two Con Ed Electrical Chambers

– New work zone at 105th Street between First and Second Avenue (south and north sides of street, one work zone at a time in order to maintain a traffic lane on the opposite side) Underground: 99th to 105th Streets

  • Continuation of demolition of concrete benches in the existing North Tunnel. To be

complete by March 2013

  • Begin and complete repairs in existing tunnel North Tunnel
  • Begin installation and reconstruction of concrete benches in existing tunnel North

Tunnel Underground: 92nd to 95thStreets

  • Installation of concrete invert (base) slab
  • Installation of PVC waterproofing
  • Removal of lower level temporary struts that have temporarily braced the slurry walls
