  1. Innovation and efficiency for urban spaces

  2. Value Proposition Street Lighting product range that is competitively positioned and allows Holophane to target large scale projects and street lighting tenders. Meets the tender specification requirements from within the UK/EIRE, Europe, Middle East, Israel, South Africa and New Zealand. Developed to deliver incremental sales and not substitute existing products sales.

  3. Product Positioning UK/EIRE – Used only on selected large scale street lighting projects or tenders via Sales Management. The product family will not be used as replacements for V-Max. Mainland Europe – Developed to gain market share within all exterior lighting applications. Middle East – Targeting specific large scale street lighting projects where existing products do not achieve the specification.

  4. 1 Product Proposition

  5. Materials Housing, gear cover and mounting brackets are all manufactured from with high pressure injected, high quality and low copper content EN AC-44100 aluminium . Available with 4mm (SLI) or 5mm (RLI) tempered glass lens LED light engines with individual option for additional impact acrylic lenses over each LED allow ratings and specifications calling for a variety of distribution for glass lens. options (as used in FTS & FTR).

  6. Installation/Maintenance Single captive screw and hinging access door ensures ease and speed of access during installation and maintenance.

  7. Installation/Maintenance Dual glanded entry for power and controls cables. Allows flexibility during installation whilst maintaining the integrity of the luminaire housing. Safety strap supplied as std on all post top mounted versions to ensure door does not 'fold back' during install/maintenance. Stay arm, available as an option, for easy maintenance on-site.

  8. Distribution Options Configurable with three different distribution options. .HN .NR .AY High beam long and Long and Narrow Asymmetric narrow

  9. Mounting Options With 5 installation options the luminaire is suitable for a variety of mounting possibilities depending on the customers requirement: Pos ost t Top op Side En Sid Entr try PT1 – Post Top 76mm/60mm only SE1 – 34/42 side entry mount (using PT2 – Post top 60mm only internal reducer)* SE2 – 42/60mm side entry mounting only SE3 – 34/42mm side entry mounting only * Suitable for all mounting options as internal reducer can be removed. If required brackets can be adjusted on site to post top or side entry – As per V-Max.

  10. Tilt Options +10/-10 in 2.5 o increments. Tilt with either post top or side entry versions. Tilt adjustable on site using allen key. Adjusting is aided via the indents on the casting to lock the adapter to desired angle.

  11. Lumen Range 1000, 2000, 3000 & 4000 3000 O K or 4000 O K 10 LED Module (as FTS) 5000, 6000 & 8000 lumens 3000 O K or 4000 O K 20 LED Module (as FTR)

  13. Thermal Management The ‘S Line’ & ‘R Line’ utilises two heat transfer principles: conduction and radiation. By designing this in from day one we ensure that the LED’s and electronic LED driver & LED modules driver are thermally managed within mounted in direct contact with their limits to maximise system life. the cast aluminium housing. The allows us to deliver a life of 100,000 L90B10 at 25 o C tq

  14. Pressure compensation valve ISSUE ON MOST COMPETITORS LUMINAIRES Adverse or variable environmental conditions may cause pressure changes that produce mechanical stress on seals, allowing the entry of contaminants that can damage electronic components and allow condensation to build up. OUR SOLUTION... The ventilation gland incorporates an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) membrane. The membrane is made up of billions of pores 700 times the size of an air molecule’. These pores allow air to circulate freely inside and outside of the housing, preventing mechanical stress on the seals. At the same time, the membrane pores (20,000 times smaller than a drop of water) act as a barrier, preventing the entry of water, dirt and debris (as V-Max, T-Max & CityMax) BENEFIT Ensures the IP integrity of the luminaire is preserved whilst maintaining the life of seals. Eliminates the build up of condensation within the housing that can affect lumen output and efficiency.

  15. Controls – Connected Lighting Fully compatible with Holophane Controlux Air system via option code .TSK. Configurable with 5-pin and 7-pin NEMA sockets allowing for full integration into Smart Lighting nodes and systems. DALI, Part Night Dimming and Constant Lumen Output all available as standard configurable options.
