• Good preparation makes this job easier
• Make sure you have spoken to all your teams to check

they want to remain part of your Parent Club

• Make sure you have details of ALL new officials
• Check your teams have added all their officials or get

FULL details of all officials they need you to add now who have done PVG

• Club Secretary – that should have been added by us if your club

supplied the details when requested – NON PVG if only role held

• Child Wellbeing Officer – who will undergo special training - PVG
• Treasurer – NON PVG if only role held
• Coach Co-ordinator – PVG Role
• Other officials you can add – Chairperson, Vice Chairperson,

Additional Signatory, Digital Media (PVG role) , Club Fundraiser, Committee member etc

• Once all the above positions have been added you can check out

the individual teams under your banner

• All new officials to your CLUB at any level are added by

Club Secretary at Club level as Team Official and then moved down to individual teams. This allows the system to check PVG, Coaching, First Aid status before allowing any new official to be added to a team.

• Best idea for a Club Secretary is to remove ALL
• fficials except Team Secretary from a team and allow

Team Secretary to add them again – this keeps information clean and current.

be completed – select Admin Contacts and select a role and then select the person who has that role – do this for ALL roles and more than one person can have the role. This allows for delegation of duties. The Club Secretary may want to be copied into all roles until they get familiar with the duties.
