► Homebase is 15 minutes long each day ► Y ou will have 7 different classes each day with 7 different teachers ► Lunch is 30 minutes long (no recess) ► 4 minutes of passing time between each class
-English/Language Arts -Math -Science -Social Studies (Minnesota Studies) 4 CORE CLASSES
-Music -Physical Education -CARS (Reading) -Critical Thinking -Art -Middle School Success 6 ENCORE CLASSES

Camp 6 Information ► All students should attend BOTH days from 8am – 12pm (noon) ► Transportation will be provided ► Parent Night (Parents Only) will be Wednesday night from 6pm to 8pm
During CAMP 6 you will:
: ► Tour Lake Middle School
► Participate in fun activities that will help you meet new friends
► Meet 8 th grade student mentors and will help you throughout your 6 th grade school year
► Meet your Homebase teacher and classmates
► Get your 6 th grade class schedule and practice finding the location of each of your classes
► Get your locker combination and practice opening your locker
► Receive your school planner, passwords and organize your school supplies for the school year
► Take your school picture
► Experience going through the lunch line and have a snack in the cafeteria
► Learn about all of the fun activities and organizations/clubs
