The Mission of the Northside Child Health Center is to provide accessible, high-quality, integrated primary health care to children and qualifying adults in the Montrose and Olathe Communities by offering culturally competent Mission & services, and health-related education and outreach. Preventive Health Services - SBHC Funded by Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Year 3 of 5 year grant cycle Achievements measured against nationally recognized quality metrics and performance measures

Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program STARTED AUGUST 2017 INFLUENZA VACCINATION WE HOPE TO EXPAND ON SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP FOR 85 UNIQUE VACCINE VISITS SO CATCH POINTS TO GIVE NEEDS FAR IMMUNIZATIONS TO STUDENTS
