SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

We are the creators of an Enterprise management system called Peppercan (www.peppercan.com) and of several large applications like Food Distribution, Product Sales management through Call Centers, Delivery of goods, Monitoring of Service delivery, etc. We are also developing solutions on Microsoft Sharepoint for efficient document management, filing and search, storage space reduction, better process controls and workflow. We are a Certified Odoo Partner currently contributing to the blue print of a management application to run an SME with an online solution, as the evolution of our Peppercan Solution. Pieter Coenen and Bernard Collin have both worked as high level consultant to analyze Workflow and processes for large and medium organizations and perform data network optimization for office automation deployment. Bernard also participated in the implementation of Office Automation systems across various offices and factories with Digital Equipment and All in One office information systems. EXECUTIVE BOARD BERNARD COLLIN, FOUNDER AND CEO, BELGIUM

Bernard Collin is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SafeComs Co Ltd. SafeComs was established in 1999 in Australia to address the growing need for security for companies in the SME and Enterprise market. In 2003 Bernard launched the Asian branch of SafeComs located in Bangkok. Prior to SafeComs, Bernard was CEO of the European Office for Pacer Software of Boston Massachusetts for 10

• years. He has also served as European Marketing Manager, PC Division for Digital Equipment, based in Geneva

and was Regional Sales Manager for Apple Computer Europe based in Paris and later GM of Apple Belgium. Bernard holds a degree in Nuclear Electronics from the Institute of Nuclear Sciences in Brussels. He also holds certifications on Watchguard, CheckPoint, Cyberroam & SonicWALL firewalls, McAfee Ethernet analyzer.

YUMI ISHIYAMA, HUMAN RESOURCES & FINANCE MANAGER, JAPAN

Yumi developed her business skills with large corporations like Marubeni (Japanese Trading Co.) and Mars before joining the Japanese branch of Verisign Inc., overseeing all operations. Yumi also worked for Uniden manufacturing in Australia where she was responsible for budgeting and reporting to the Japanese Headquarters. She went on to manage the HR and Internal Control Budgeting department of AMEX. Yumi holds a Degree in English and a qualification in Computer Studies.

Philippe joined SafeComs in 2013 to build the development of the Peppercan division in the implementation part and managing the development for each client. He also works closely with IT team in auditing clients and providing recommendations. PATRICK DAVENPORT - USA

Patrick is and early stage investor and director on the board of multiple companies, from a rubber manufacturer in India (Rubfila) to a Construction and Development firm on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and various ventures in Cambodia (Brewery, Cement and Tobacco). Patrick studied International Relations at James Madison College in Michigan State University.
