Why book your rooms using the RSNA Hotel System?

Priority Points Exhibitors will earn ten (10) priority points for RSNA 2018 for booking hotel rooms for at least 70% of badged exhibitor personnel (RG41) through the RSNA housing system by November 1, 2017. Discounted Room Rates New! We’ve partnered with over 85 hotels in downtown Chicago offering discounted rates for move-in and move-out days. Plus, the majority of hotels are also offering rates that have been frozen—or even reduced—from 2016. Customer Service We are here to service you before, during and after the annual meeting Complimentary Transportation Free shuttle bus and Metra train service to and from all RSNA-contracted hotels and McCormick Place.

Individual vs. Block Hotel Reservations

Individual Hotel Reservations – 24 rooms or less – Rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis – Deposits required when making reservations Block Hotel Reservations – 25 rooms or more rooms on peak night (Monday, November 27) – Earned 2016 exhibitor priority points determine sequential order for processing room block requests received between June 14–28 – Deposits due September 13

Badge Allotments

• Each exhibiting company is allotted (5) five complimentary badges for each

100 square feet of exhibit space purchased.

• A $50 fee will be assessed for each badge produced over the

complimentary allotment.

• No refunds will be issued for badges purchased but not used.

Badge Types and Access

• Exhibitor Personnel: Employee of company: sales, marketing, executive,
• perations, etc.
• Distributor Personnel: Dealers and independent sales representatives who

are contracted to staff the booth

• An exhibitor badge allows access to the two technical exhibit halls, the

Learning Center, and educational sessions, if space permits, after all professional registrants have entered.

• CME or CE credit is not tracked or awarded to those with exhibitor badges.
• Exhibitor personnel that wish to obtain CME/CE credit must register as a full

conference professional attendee and pay the applicable registration fee.

• 6:00am to 8:00pm
