Tiered Opening for Registration and Housing

Earned 2015 exhibitor priority points determine date for accessing the exhibitor registration and housing website:

• Wednesday, June 8, at 10:30am(CT):

– Companies with 85 or more points

• Thursday, June 9, at 10:30am(CT):

– Companies with 35 or more points

• Friday, June 10, at 10:30am(CT):

– Housing open to all companies

Individual Exhibitor Housing vs. Block Housing What’s the difference?

Individual Exhibitor Housing

– Requesting 24 rooms or less on peak night – Cancellation policy, 72 hours prior to date of arrival

Exhibitor Block Housing

– Requesting 25 rooms or more on peak night. – Earned 2015 exhibitor priority points determine sequential order for processing block housing requests – Attrition, changes and cancellation policies

• $50 fee per badge over allotment
• No refunds will be issued for badges purchased but not

used.
