Load Management on generator  Built into controller on air-cooled generators • Can control up to 4 circuits/load  Connections are hard wired into harness • Each connection – 12v (0.25A) signal • Can control thermostats, relays, etc.  Priority is determined by connections • Load #1 = TB-1, Load #2 = TB-2,…  Smart system 9 Confidential

Load Management on generator  How it works • When genset starts up, all managed loads are dropped • After 3 minutes, Load #1 is added if the amperage is running at < 80% rated - The controller stores the increase in amperage • After 3 minutes, load #2 is added if the amperage is below 95% - The controller stores the increase in amperage • After 3 minutes, etc… 95% Amps L4 80% L3 L2 L1 10 Confidential

Load Management kit  The kit is an accessory  Can work with just about any controller, ATS, power source, etc.  Each box contains 2 relays • Each relay can be configured a number of ways - 1x 240vac load @ 50A - 2x 120vac loads with a total amperage < 50A - Can control fans (finance/AC), heat pumps, etc. • Each relay is Normally Closed - Only draws power when open 13 Confidential
