Is It Ok To Pave In The Rain?
Considerations
- Weather Restrictions
- Rain
- If Temperature < 55 °F – cannot pave
- Utilities
○ Although utilities are supposed to be marked there is a high probability that
something is underground that is unknown.
○ Not uncommon to have depths above expected levels
- Other Considerations
○ Murphy’s Law
