General Selection Criteria

  • Outstanding academic record and potential as well as excellent

approaches to learning

  • Solid understanding of the scholarship programme’s goal and the

role/responsibilities expected of a scholar

  • Commitment to and participation in school or community service

clubs and projects

  • Leadership either in academic, extra-curricular activities, or

community activities

  • Overall quality and suitability to the scholarships programme

(enrolment status, attendance, emotional stability etc.)

  • 3 Parts - Written Expression x2, Humanities -

comprehension and interpretation, Mathematics (or Math & Science

Academic scholarships: no less than 45 for MYP and no less than 33 for DP Other scholarships: no less than 40 for MYP and no less than 30 for DP

programmes as well as being an active member of the school community.
