CU Denver Building Infrastructure Renewal Program and Need Project Upgrades Following Systems: • Cooling: Replace chiller and heat exchanger • Heating: Transition from Xcel steam to natural gas • Air Handling: Replace existing air handler • Electrical: Replace switchgear and main distribution • Fire Alarm: Replace existing system • Annex Building: Upgrade ADA and accessibility, electrical and mechanical, and restrooms • Renewable Energy/Sustainability: Upgrade building to LED lighting, install 225kW solar array, EV charging stations 10 FY 2021-22 Capital Budget Request 10
