Characteristics of Red kiwifruits

According to American Agriculture and Food Chemistry Association, every 100g of red kiwifruits contains 14mg of Anthocyanin; the amount present is more than many other fruit. This substance is anti-carcinogenic (cancer preventive) and anti- inflammatory. It is very likely that red kiwifruits help to prevent cardio-vascular disease (heart disease) and aging, as suggested by many scientific journals, because of its richness of antioxidant in the fruit.
