Needs/Challenges of businesses: • Technical Support: machinery, new technologies, continuous improvements, food processing and others. • Expensive Machinery: Sourcing, funding, operating expensive machinery like “optical sorting” and “brine recovery technology” and others. • Sourcing of Raw Materials: Seasonal supply of raw materials. Storage needs for fresh produce. • Sourcing niche Raw Materials: such as pectin, arrowroot, ginger, caraway seed, organic fruits and vegetables, non ‐ GMO materials and others. • Marketing: How to approach markets?
