  • Projected cost of design: $49,200.00
  • The park was created and dedicated in 2004 with the

understanding that the park would be upgraded at a later date. Site currently resembles a bus stop.

  • The park is not in compliance with the Americans with

Disabilities Act (ADA).

  • Persons with disabilities can only access part of the park.
  • The new design would allow for the expansion of the current site

by excavating the hill and moving the monument and display vessels to a center focal point.
