Students, who wish to appeal for a transfer of school due to any of the following reasons, may participate in the Mass Appeal Exercise (MAE):

• 1. Serious Medical Conditions

• Collect an application form, complete it and submit it

with the necessary supporting documents through us: By 12 noon on 20th Dec 2018 (today)

• Each student is only allowed to submit one application
• Please note that if you are successful with the mass

appeal application, you will not be allowed to reject the offer and request to be admitted back to Queensway Secondary School

applied for 3rd Language studies will receive the outcome of their application.

• Students who are successful will receive a

letter and have to follow the instructions as stated in this letter.

(8.30am to 5pm) at the Zonal Centre or Language Centre

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR SEC 1 STUDENTS

Before reporting for school on 2nd January 2019 (Wed),

• Purchase your books from the school bookshop

located in the canteen. (Refer to the booklist for

either in school on 20th Dec or 21st Dec, or from the shop. (Refer to the small handout for details). They will be opened from 9 am to 2 pm on both days.
