 Welcome and Introductions  Remarks  Presentation  Open House (Q & A)

 Bridgewood Subdivision is located within Bexar County  The existing infrastructure consists of flexible asphalt pavement roadways with

standard curbs, 3-foot wide sidewalks and non-compliant ADA accessible curb ramps.

 Field investigations show that the roadways are in poor to moderately-poor

conditions with visible signs of distress and base failures along each street.

 Project proposes road and drainage improvements for approximately 15 streets

(1.8 miles)



Project will reconstruct the current 2-lane roadway to include 30-foot street width, curb and gutter, and 4-foot sidewalks



All existing utilities will remain underground

 Existing waterline will remain with minor adjustments  Existing sanitary sewer will remain with minor adjustments 

Driveways penetrations may be required

 Project to advertise in January 2019.  Construction to begin in 2rd Quarter of 2019.  Estimated Construction Cost: $4.3 Million
