Background

  • The Board of County Commissioners has approved funding

for the Riverview Library Expansion/Replacement.

  • In February 2015 a Public Meeting was held to gain input

from the citizens as to location, size and amenities they want in a future, expanded library.

  • The existing library site cannot accommodate a larger

(25,000 sq.ft.) library.

  • County conducted a land search within the area defined by

the citizens at the Public Meeting. From this search four sites have been identified.
