RESIDENTIAL KPIS

KPI Purpose

Recommendation to installation conversion rate and # of measures installed (discussions still ongoing with PAs)

  • Shows success of PAs efforts to secure

customer participation

  • Current calculation includes customers

with no weatherization opportunity # of measures by end use (air sealing, insulation, heating systems, air conditioners, hot water, thermostats, and lighting)

  • Assesses the success of the PAs’ various

new strategies

  • Aggregates data currently available and

does so in timelier manner Heating system recommendations by fuel and type (discussions still

  • ngoing with PAs)
  • Assesses implementation of energy
  • ptimization in a timely manner

  • Provides timely insight into lighting

projects with controls

  • Controls will be critical to maintaining

high savings levels

Electric and gas net lifetime savings from custom HVAC projects and number of projects by PA

  • Provides more timely data to

understand program performance

  • HVAC savings important as lighting

market transforms a. For electric, % of non-lighting turnkey initiative savings b. For gas PAs, % of non-aerator turnkey initiative savings

  • Provides insight into

comprehensiveness of C&I turnkey initiative
