1. The definition of SMEs ? Answer : Full time employees not exceed 150 or Annual sales turnover not exceeding RM25 million (refer document) 2. The practical sample letter of deferral ? Answer : refer documetns 3. Any penalties in case of breach minimum wage, especially foreign workers? Answer : compound RM10,000/worker (can call to labour office verify)
4) Deduction of accommodation ? Answer : RM50.00/month. Must apply to JTK if more than RM50/month (refer document) 5) Legality for hiring foreign workers who have Deduction of accommodation ? Answer : Worker permit sticker must have Outsourcer Worker & Outsource Company name same with the License.
