• Linearity: an innovative provider of insurance software
• Two shareholders:
• 1. Peter Claes
• Managing director: responsible for all ICT projects and the daily operations
• Head of ICT at ZA Insurances for 19 years: designed virtually all software and guided various ERP

migrations

• Became an independent ICT Project Manager (www.azito.be) for Delta Lloyd Life (DLL) after ZA was

acquired by DLL in 2014

• Left DLL for a new insurance underwriter, became ICT Manager and developed their entire IT insurance

system

• Decided at the end of 2017 to launch his own start-up to provide advanced ICT solutions in the

AssurTech domain

• 2. Geert Coppens
• Sales director
• Collaborating with: freelancers (actuaries, developers, etc.), a software development company, an infrastructure

partner, legal experts and accountants

Founded in Sept. 2017, member of the FinTech network
