About us... Istraturist Umag is a Croatian company with a 50 year tradition in providing tourist services in hotels, apartments and campsites. The recognition and success of Istraturist are the result of many years of focusing on high quality tourism. The aim of the company is to continuously improve the quality of accommodation, develop holiday facilities, sports and recreation, as well as to actively contribute to the repositioning of Istria and Umag as a tourist destination of high quality which is characterised by a strong ecological orientation. In the aim of implementing high, international standards in tourism services in 1998 Istraturist employed Meliá Hotels International in the role of sales and operations. 3
