condition and are consistent with the neutrino oscillation data.

  • By analyzing two-zero minor condition,we found the prediction,

which is independent of the U(1)89 breaking scale, for the CP phases, the neutrino masses, and the effective Majorana neutrino mass.

  • We found that, in the 𝐃𝐒 and 𝐄𝟐

𝐒 cases, the correct sign of the baryon

asymmetry can be obtained, and it is possible that enough large baryon asymmetry can be realized.
