  1. Poster Presentation Guidelines 1. All presenters are required to register in the conference. 2. All posters are developed by presenters at their own cost. 3. Adhesive velcro will be provided on site for poster mounting. Push pins and staples are not allowed. 4. Tables, electronics or audiovisual equipment will NOT be provided by organizers at the poster presentation area. 5. Organizers will not take responsibility for any loss or damage of display materials during the event. Poster Display 1. A display board measuring 950mm in width x 1860mm in height will be provided. Presenters are suggested to make full use of the display board. Please avoid placing anything at the bottom part of the board as it will be difficult to view. For best viewing, the suggested size of poster is A0 size (width: 841mm x height: 1189mm) as below: 841 mm 1860 mm 1189 mm Poster (H) Display Board 950 mm (W) 1

  2. 2. Posters must be written in English . Each poster must display the title of your presentation, name(s) of the author(s), and affiliations. Presentation Schedule 1. The poster presentations are located at The Forum (1/F) and the Bauhinia Room (3/F). Presenters will be informed of their poster number and location via email. A list will also be available on site with the poster numbers, poster titles and presenters ’ names . 2. Presenters are asked to go to the conference registration counter for enquiries about the location of their assigned board. All posters must be placed on the assigned display boards. 3. Each poster will be displayed for ONE day only , either on 9 March or 10 March 2017. Presenters should put up their posters from 0900 to 0930 on the day they are assigned to present. 4. All posters should be dismantled by 1800 at the end of their presentation day. Any poster not removed by that time will be disposed without further notice. 5.
