The potentially contaminated water being caught between two clay locks was pumped out and placed in a hazardous waste storage card. By now, there is a single clay lock 20 m in length.
Priority actions: To close the pits №64 and №68 by special material This closing is intended to prevent the ingress of water in the pits and liquid level increase, besides the shelter will provide the fire safety of pits and eliminate the evaporation. The material to be used is resistant to chemicals and UV light. It’s expected to complete the works by the end of 2016

Polygon territory shall be subject of recultivation for the purpose of complete elimination of the negative impact on the environment (appropriate applications are prepared and sent in the established order for funding from the federal budget to provide the complex engineering surveys (40 mln. rub.), develop a draft of the Polygon reclamation (200 mln. rub.) under the federal program for the elimination of the accumulated environmental damage).
