Our cycle
Our cycle of plastic injection moulding includes: § drafting technical documentation for the production of casting press moulds including engineering documentation (drawings, 3D-models); § purchasing raw materials; § mould construction; § plastic injection moulding; § delivering end products to Customer; § moulds guarantee and post-guarantee maintenance.

§ Our foundry monthly converts 25 to 30 ton of raw materials into products consumed by automotive, electronic, construction, household appliances and food industry. § We apply a wide range of polymers, namely as follows: Polypropylene (PP), Polycarbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS plastic), Polyamide (PA), Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), Polyformaldehyde (PFL), Polyethylene (PE) using high-quality raw materials supplied by such manufacturers as “SABIC”, “Bayer” and “LG”. § On Customer’s request a raw material is modified with glass, UV stabilizers, fire-retardant additives increasing impact, weather and fire resistance of relevant products.

Raketa Company has the large stock of high-yielding equipment fabricated by world leading manufacturers of automatic moulding machines, namely: § Grantway Machinery Co., Ltd; (YOM 2008 to 2011) § Borche Machinery Co., Ltd. (YOM 2008 to 2013) All the injection moulding machines are completed with support equipment such as hydraulic motor, electric motor, solenoid valve, hydraulic equipment supplied by Vickers, Eaton, Bosch, Rexroth, as the leading European manufacturers.

Equipment
Foundry production is equipped with high-quality and reliable injection moulding machines, namely Grantway Machinery K90V-K380 (YOM 2008 to 2011), Borche Machinery BT 260 (YOM 2008 to 2013). All the injection moulding machines are completed with support equipment such as hydraulic motor, electric motor, solenoid valve, hydraulic equipment supplied by Vickers, Eaton, Bosch, Rexroth, as the leading European manufacturers. The production tooling workshop runs AMM1100, FIRST-MCV1000 high-speed machining centres and AMM550CNC electroerosive machine group, as well as robust and reliable equipment of the following use directions: multi-axis boring, turning, multiwork and grinding.

Quality
§ After a full production cycle each part injection mold is being tested by the technical control (Quality Department). The validation process is performed independent measurement of parts for compliance with the drawing size and requirements of the customer. § Intricate parts such as matrix, punch, clips, signs, pass an interim control by matching the size of the drawing and requirements. Only after that is assembled of injection molds and set it on the injection molding machine for testing and obtaining a control samples of products. § We guarantee high quality and durability of injection mold of our
- manufacturing. With proper use of forms, regular maintenance service and
timely repair is provided 1,000,000 clamping in injection molding machine. Upon expiration of such lifetime form is subject to overhaul by our experts and can then be used again.

Packing and Shipping

Finished products are packed in any container on request (cardboard, packaging film, plastic bags). Delivery is made to all regions of Ukraine, as well as CIS and other countries our trucks or by customers truck. The company operates a following vehicle: § TATA LPT 613 tent with a load capacity 3040 kg - 52 m ³ § Microbus “Gazel” tent with a load capacity 2,000 kg - 24 m ³
