  5. The presenter team has 3 levels Presenter in venue There are 24 different presenters, and 2 reserves in case of illness or emergency. They will meet you before the session and introduce themselves. The presenter can help you to manage people coming in and out of the venue, and will also coordinate the start of the session with the technician. One exception to this is the BAC Theatre where the coordination role will be taken by the BAC House Manager. Please also note that there are 30 ad-hoc presenters from outside the KMF structure who will be there to present one off specific sessions so they may need some assistance. Core Presenters The 6 people listed above form a team of people who, as well as presenting sessions, also function as a duty presenter. Their role is to tour the venues in the BAC, the Shakespeare and the Fleece Inn to support the presenters and door staff in dealing with any issues that may arise. The presenter in venue will have a rota showing who is on as duty presenter and will have their contact number. In addition the duty presenters will be liaising with key members of the volunteer team to provide a coordinated response to any issue. Presenter Coordinator Andy P, as well as presenting, is coordinating the presenter team and is available as a link to other parts of the Festival team structure such as programming, technical and finance. He will remain in close contact with Tom Rumsey throughout the event.
