Presented by: Soko Made rusununguko.made@sfgov.org Construction & Demolition (C&D) Debris Management Requirements • See Section 01 74 50 for details • Minimum Diversion Rate of 75% Required Source ‐ separated C&D debris material must be taken to a facility that reuses • and/or recycles that material • MIXED C&D debris material must be taken to a REGISTERED FACILITY by a REGISTERED TRANSPORTER • Diversion Reporting – Use Form C for initial, monthly, and final reports Weight Tags are required for monthly reporting • • Contractor MUST include materials from ALL Subcontractors in reports • City Representative is responsible for reviewing, signing, and approving all reports submitted by the Contractor.
