To the best of our knowledge,
- ur current bleachers were installed in 1963.
SLIDE 4
The visitor bleachers were installed in 2012 with a new retaining wall put up in August 2016.
SLIDE 5
Our current home bleachers and press box are in dire need of replacement.
- Concrete footers are deteriorating
- Boards are warped
- Frame is uneven
- Aisles are difficult to navigate, no hand rails
- Not wheelchair accessible
SLIDE 6
View of the Bleacher Seats
Notice the unevenness of the boards. This is caused, in part, by structural issues.
SLIDE 7
This is where the frame of the bleachers connects to the foundation.
SLIDE 8
As you can see, the concrete is deteriorating.

Press Box Issues
Our press box is too small… We need to accommodate Parkway coaches, visiting coaches, PA announcer and spotter, scoreboard operators, Parkway and visiting videographers, personnel and equipment from multiple radio stations. Becoming structurally unsound Windows are warped and do not open and close easily.

SLIDE 12
Notice the warping of the windows. They are extremely difficult to open and close.

It was asked if we could put up a giant screen behind the visitors bleachers to block the sun. We have been investigating, but have not found this to be a possible solution. Not that it cannot be done, but we have not found a solution at this point.
