The role of the PA rep is to inform and facilitate. Parents must be encouraged to use the many information sources available and directed to the most appropriate contact. Please could all reps encourage their classes to keep email traffic to a minimum – the “reply to all” button should be resisted! Whatsapp is the best place for general messages.
