SLIDE 95

Question Response

Academic Matters

How will the school assist students who are from non-affiliated schools to integrate those who are from affiliated schools? 3 Days’ Orientation, where the focus is on helping students build relationships with each other and with their teachers. In class, Form Teachers consciously integrate such students with students from other schools. Buddies are assigned to help them integrate Does the school offer HCL? No we do not offer at the Lower Secondary level due to manpower constraints and small numbers of candidates. At present students offered HCL will go to Ngee Ann Sec school for lessons on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Students may also offer HCL after Sec 1 if they meet the criteria. Please refer to Information Booklet (Pg …) When will students receive their EZ- link? Transitlink will issue out secondary school students’ EZ-link cards in April 2018. Till then students may continue to use their primary school cards. They will however have to top up their cards with the secondary school monthly concession fare. It is an offence to top up with the primary school concession fare when they are in secondary school.
