VRGF Project Phase 1

 Produced a set of resources to support AOD

workers in early identification of clients presenting with gambling issues. Those resources included:

course to AOD workers

 training video  templates to support policy modification in

relation to inclusion of responses for clients presenting with co-occurring gambling issues

 19 to 35% of people with problem gambling

may have had an alcohol use disorder at some point in their life.

 About 25% of people in treatment for

gambling may have had a drug use disorder at some point in their life.
