The project organization including Thematic Working Groups and their respective Sounding Boards is completely staffed; the scope of NHSP3 concept paper and Implementation plan has been approved.

The first draft of NHSP3 including the drafts of all thematic areas has been compiled, reviewed and presented to the Steering Committee Augu gust st 2014 The final draft of NHSP3 including the final drafts of all thematic areas has been consolidated, translated to Nepali and English and presented to the Steering Committee. Septem tember r 2014 The final draft has been presented to the High Level Committee after circulation to the Steering Committee, EDPs and the sub-national level for feedback. Januar ary y 2015 The final draft underwent a thorough consultative process with political actors and
- parties. It has been further revised, finalized and endorsed by the Steering
Committee. Februa ruary y 2015 The final document has been approved by the MoHP and sent to the cabinet
