Multi-Housing Recycling Program Requirements

Multi-Housing Landlord (8+ Units) must submit recycling plan

  • Plan must include –

– Materials to be recycled – Method of collection & storage of recyclables – Frequency of pick-ups by approved waste hauler – Property diagram showing the container location(s)

  • For complexes (8+ units) in operation on
  • r prior to October 31, 2013 recycling plan

must be submitted by January 1, 2014

  • For complexes (8+ units) in operation after

November 1, 2013 recycling plan must be submitted NLT sixty days after Certificate

  • f Occupancy is issued.
