The ‘Hub and Spoke’ system of operations used by CouriersPlease is based upon the structure of a spoked wheel. A central depot, the Hub, is setup. From this central location radiates a series of individual geographical areas, separated from one another by the spokes. CouriersPlease operates Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays). Our day commences at 6:45am.

CouriersPlease Franchisees are designated an exclusive territory which means that they are the only Franchisee permitted to carry out the pick-up and delivery work within that area. CouriersPlease Franchisees earnings are derived from their activity within their exclusive territory. As the Franchisees business grows, the exclusive territory can be split (with part of it being sold to a new Franchisee) thus making capital gains.

In order to accommodate the large parcel volumes that CP Franchisees handle on a daily basis, CP has documented minimum specifications on the payload (tonnage) and cubic volume for courier vans within the network. Copies of the Van Specification document will be issued by the Franchise Recruitment & Development Manager during your Discovery process.
