  4. SITE HISTORY • 68,000 sq ft of market with 98 traders 450,000 shoppers per annum • 12,000 sq ft soft play attraction 30,000 visitors per annum • WMC’s flagship market - operated from 2006 with a 25-year lease

  5. THE FLOOD • Flooded in November 2010 • Only four traders had insurance for their stock • 30 traders forced out of business • 25% of rental income lost • Kidzworld (formerly Ben’s Playworld) closed for six months.

Rebranded and open for Easter 2017
