Participants drive through parking lot, receive a free root beer float, and view parked floats and city vehicles.

Winners will be presented in an awards show hosted by Mayor Dawn Ramsey and Mrs. Utah 2020. The show will “air” Saturday morning and will include commercial breaks advertising other city programs.

Participants register for a space to do their Chalk Art on a trail in our park. Once the art is finished, people can walk by to view the designs.
