Cranberry Cheesecake Tarts Topping: Freeze Dried Cranberries Crust: Nuts, Dates, Dried Cranberries Filling: Cashew Coconut Cream Blend, Cranberry Puree • Vegan because it will be made with soaked cashews and coconut cream. • Not room temperature stable, but can be just taken out of the fridge and eaten, no baking or any preparation.

  3. Multi-layer Bites The top and bottom layers: pink-white chocolate (white chocolate mix with cranberry juice). Two layers of cranberry jelly (mix with cranberry, apple and date concentrate). Middle layer: a crispy layer of baked cranberry seed with oat, sesame and almond. • Multiple layers with different textures • Divide the whole cranberry into three part: juice, pomace and seed and use them in different layers. • High in fiber • Fits the Asian market

Sprinkle : Cranberry seeds Benefits: • Lower sugar content comparing to existing cranberry products. • Different texture in one bite • Sustainable for using pomace Potential Problems: • Different Aw may cause change of texture -- Separate them by chocolate • Cost for freeze dry is higher than other process • Still need sweetener to cover the tartness and bitterness of cranberry
