The Northern New York Youth Soccer League is offering two scholarships, (1 male and 1 female) up to $500.00 each, to any club member who will be attending college and meets all of the following requirements: must have a cumulative average of 85 or higher, played in the Northern NY Youth Soccer League for 3 years and has volunteered to help our soccer community grow.

Team Registration:

Fee will increase to $80.00. We will no longer accept credit card payments. Registration fee is due at the Coaches Meeting. Coaches Meeting: May 3, 2015 Team registration fee is due by check. Verify coaches email/phone number. Provide verification of Risk Management/Coaches Pass. Provide a copy of your team roster. Bring a copy of your preliminary schedules, an opportunity to discuss games changes with other coaches.

Score Reporting:

The referee will now call in ALL game scores.

Team Registrations/Applications due by: April 26, 2015 9:00 pm Application Deadline: April 26, 2015 at 9:00 pm Preliminary Schedules: May 1, 2015 9:00 pm Coaches will be emailed when schedules are available

Coaches Meeting: All Coaches please attend May 3, 2015 4:00 pm Fairgrounds YMCA: Registration Fee is due. Last day to make changes to your schedule: May 13, 2015 Coaches can make game changes until May 13, 2015. Each team may reschedule up to (3) three games. Final schedules posted: May 15, 2015 Coaches will be emailed when the final schedules are available on-line at www.nnyysl.com. Coaches Code of Conduct May 18, 2015 Please give to your Club President. How to Request a Game Change

  • Coaches MUST first contact the opposing teams Coach to agree on a new date and time.

Each team may reschedule up to three games, if necessary.

  • Contact the League Scheduler, Lori Nevers at nevers13601@yahoo.com.

Please use the GAME # in the subject line of the email request. Include the new date, time and location with your request. Please, always start a new email using the game number in the subject line.

  • The scheduler will get approval for the game change with the Referee Assignor.

Your new date and time is based on availability of the referee.

  • If approved by the referee assignor, the change will be made on the schedule and

you will receive a confirmation email. A confirmation email is sent automatically to everyone listed on the team application.

  • Late cancellations must be made by phone. Coaches please contact the opposing coach

and the League Scheduler at 315-767-1079.

Referee Fee’s

Referee Fee’s remain the same:

U18 (3 officials) Center $60, AR’s $30 U16 (3 officials) Center $50, AR’s $25 U12/U14 (1 or 3 officials) Center $40, AR’s $20 Game Cancellations due to: Forfeits

The team that forfeits pays the full referee fee. Payments must be mailed directly to the assigned referee’s.

Game Cancellations due to: Late Reschedule Request

Reschedule requests made within forty eight (48) hours of game time. The team requesting the late reschedule pays the full referee fee.
