– Connect Latino families to resources and providers – To empower and encourage families to self-advocate – Ultimately to support Latino kids to thrive in school
HOW HAS THIS PROJECT BEEN EXECUTED?
– Latino community members trained in Promotores Model - recruited as EELF – EELF are the bridge between the Community & Eastside Providers – Providers to share and connect to create sustainable changes

The Total number of visits can range anywhere from 3 – 8 visits depending on the needs of the family. Final Closing meeting is supervised by the NISO team where the family is interviewed to fill out the Exit survey. Data is collected at multiple checkpoints through this process.
