New Store Location

• The new store is located at the corner of Jackson Highway &

Murieta Parkway

• Store is included in the existing entitled project by John

Sullivan & Rancho Murieta Properties

Project Specifics

• The new Raley’s location will be a 35,000 square foot full-service

grocery store, with special services like meat, deli, bakery and wine departments

• Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2016

Target opening date: Fall 2017
